The owners and tenants are responsible for their own electricity, heating, central air conditioning, as well as television, internet, home phone and contents insurance.

The Summit Condos are located on King Street West just West of Bathurst Street in the King West Village neighbourhood. The King West Village neighbourhood has many advantages and is sought after by many young professionals that want to live in the downtown Toronto core. There is also quick access to highways with the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Boulevard to the South, which can take you East to the Don Valley Parkway or West to Highway 427 and the QEW. There are also great places to walk to in the neighbourhood and nice parks close by with Stanley Park & Trainity Bellwoods Park close by. This is a great area to live in and is perfect for people who work downtown.
