There is parking underground for the suites and at least one parking for every owner. There are one bedroom suites, two bedroom loft units and two bedroom plus den loft suites. The sizes of the suites range from the mid seven hundred square feet area on the one bedroom units to well over one thousand square feet on the two bedroom units. Some of the suites have been renovated to have more modern finishings including hardwood or laminate floors, and kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and more. The building being small does not have any amenities other than being allowed to put barbecues on your balcony and a security system. The maintenance fees cost approximately fifty two cents per square foot and cover just the water, building insurance, common elements and parking. The owners are responsible for their own electricity, heating and central air conditioning costs.

NEIGHBOURHOOD INFORMATION

The neighbourhood of King West Village is one of the most sought after in all of toronto for young professional and professional couples. It is right next to the Financial District and Entertainment District in downtown Toronto. There are many great amenities around that are just a short walk away including public transit, parks, grocery stores and retail shopping. The options for transit are great in the area as you have quick access to the T.T.C. streetcar right on King West. There are great places to shop as well all along King Street West and Queen Street West, as well as to the East there is the Eaton Centre and to the West there is Sherway Gardens. This is a great place for professionals as you have great amenities and a great working atmosphere combined with an excellent night life.
