Due to all the suites being loft in style the building looks more like a ten (10) floor building. The parking is located in an underground garage and the suites are either one bedroom plus a den or two bedrooms. The ceiling heights reach approximately seventeen feet high and the finishings in the suites include laminate flooring in the living areas on the main floor and carpeting mostly in the bedrooms. The amenities in the building include an exercise room, party room, recreation room, sauna, security guard and security system and you are allowed to have barbecues on your balcony. The mainteance fees run at approximately ninety two (92) cents per square foot, but as such the building is a boutique and with many amenities the costs to keep these amenities going are passed onto the unit owners. The maintenance fees cover heat, electricity, water, central air conditioning, building insurance, common elements, and parking.

The neighbourhood of King West Village involves the King Street West corridor and has many condos along this stretch. It is located to the West of the Financial District and the Entertainment District which mankes it a sought after neighbourhood when it comes to professionals who work downtown and enjoy spending their evenings and weekends in the city. The condos have quick access to the T.T.C. public transit system with the King West Streetcar right at your doorstep. This can take you to the subway system and eventually onto other systems like Go Transit or VIA Rail. For the motorists there is access to the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Boulevard to the South to go East or West or you can use University Avenue to the West to head North. The area also has nice parks close by including Stanley Park to the West and the famous Trinity Bellwoods Park to the North. There is also good shopping in the area with many stores on King West, Queen West and Bathurst Street. There are many grocery stores close by that are within walking distance such as a Hasty Market, Kitchen Table, Loblaw’s and Metro. Shopping malls close by include Toronto’s Eaton Centre to the East which can be accessed by public transit and Sherway Gardens to the West which is best accessed by driving. This is a great area for young professionals to call home as it is close to everything including work and entertainment.
