The Summit Condos are located on King Street West just West of Bathurst Street in the King West Village neighbourhood. The King West Village neighbourhood has many advantages and is sought after by many young professionals that want to live in the downtown Toronto core. The condos are located next to Toronto’s Financial District & Entertainment District. There are also many grocery stores close by including a Loblaws, Sobeys, Kitchen Table, Hasty Market as well as many other independent grocers all in the area. There are also two malls that are close by with Toronto’s Eaton Centre to the East and best being reached via public transit, and Sherway Gardens to the West best accessed by a vehicle. There are many options when it comes to transit as there is a T.T.C. streetcar right at your doorstep, as well as Go Trains and VIA Rail trains from Union Station, and many other options. There is also quick access to highways with the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Boulevard to the South, which can take you East to the Don Valley Parkway or West to Highway 427 and the QEW. There are also great places to walk to in the neighbourhood and nice parks close by with Stanley Park & Trainity Bellwoods Park close by. This is a great area to live in and is perfect for people who work downtown.
